If you would like to take advantage of our 2 month free offer, you can sign up for one of our annual plans. Absolutely all annual packages offer 2 months free of service.
Setup Fees
Shared and Reseller plans do not have any setup fees at all. Webfarm and VPS plans have a non-refundable setup fee of $50. Dedicated setup fees will depend on a dedicated server setup.
Uptime Guarantee
Shared and Reseller plans have a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we ever fail our promise you can request a whole free month of service. You can find out more details in our Terms of Use Agreement. Webfarm, VPS and Dedicated Services have a 100% uptime guarantee backed up by our industry leading Service Level Agreement.
Money-back Guarantee
We guarantee that if you, for any reason, are not satisfied with Shared, Reseller, Webfarm or VPS, ServeULive will refund full monthly or annual amount that you paid to your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account. Note that Setup Fees and Domain Registration Fees are not refundable. See more details in Section 5 of our Terms of Use Agreement.
Plan Features
RAID Protected Disk Space
This is the total disk space allocated to your hosting plan. This space includes web files uploaded via FTP, history logs, databases, e-mail. The data is protected by mirroring hard drives.
High Availability Bandwidth
Bandwidth at ServeULive is provided by Level 3 Network that today operates as one of the world’s newest and most advanced telecommunications platforms with Tier 1 IP Network Connectivity.
Hosted Domains
This is the amount of Domains – Separate Web Sites that you can add to control panel and host independently. The hosted domains number does not include virtual directories, sub-domains or aliases.
Domain Registration
After you sign up for one of the ServeULive Hosting plans and received access to HELM Control Panel you can click on Domain Registrations button and either Register a new domain or transfer it from your old hosting or registrar company.
FTP Access
FTP is a File Transfer Protocol that allows you to upload your files to your website. FTP Access is absolutely unlimited on all hosting plans. In HELM Control Panel you can create user accounts that point any folder of your domain, change password or look for IP address in case you haven’t moved your domain to us yet.
FTP Download/Upload Resume Support
Our FTP Servers support resume of upload or download of files in case your connection has been interrupted.

HELM Control Panel
ServeULive relies on HELM Control Panel created by Webhostautomation.com. Control Panel is responsible for creating clients accounts, managing billing, domains, emails, databases and anything that needs to be done to provide an automated high quality web hosting service.
SSL Secure HELM Control Panel Access
Other than standard HTTP access to control panel we have a SSL secure way to manage your accounts with 128 bit encryption. Simply make sure you login to Control Panel at https://cp.serveulive.com.
Custom Error Pages
In control panel you are able to create custom error pages in case of errors 400, 401, 403, 404, 500.
Detailed Website Statistics
On Shared and Reseller hosting plans you can login to control panel, click on Domains, choose your domain and click Statistics. On that page you will be able to Install SmarterStats application that will provide you access to full detailed statistics of your website with graphics.
Access to RAW Log Files
The RAW log files generated by IIS for your website are located under your domain in Logs folder. You can download them at any time and analyze in detail on your local pc.
Online File Manager
In control panel under your domain you can click on File Manager and manager your files: delete, rename, see the size etc.
Online WYSIWYG Editor is located under File Manager of control panel. If you click on any file you can edit and same files using a simple editor.
DNS Zone Editor
You have an access to DNS of your domain in Control Panel. You can add, remove and change A, CNAME, MX and TXT DNS Records of your domain.
Nightly Domain Backups
For disaster recovery purposes we do backups of domains every night in case of a hard drive failure.
Private Application Pool
We do create most applications in their own application pools. If you would like to make some changes on the application pool of your domain, please contact us.
SSL Certificate Assignments
HELM Control Panel has a feature that lets you assign your own SSL Certificate to your domain. The assignments are free, but when you add it in Extra Features you make a payment for a Dedicated IP that is required for SSL.
Domain Aliases
We provide you an unlimited number of Domain Aliases that you can add in control panel and assign to your Hosted Domain. An Alias will point to your existing web site. It will not point to your emails.
Sub-domains
You can create an unlimited number of sub-domains type sub.domain.com under your existing domain. Sub-domains will inherit all features of your domains such as PHP version, .NET version and other IIS Settings. Note that a sub-domain cannot be created on the same name as your Virtual Directory.
Web Forwarding Domains
In control panel under Website Settings you have an option to forward your hosted domain to any URL on the web.
Virtual Directories
This lets you create an Application on any folder of your domain. Your virtual directory will inherit all features of your domains such as PHP version, .NET version and other IIS Settings. Note that a Virtual Directory cannot have the same name as your sub-domain.
ASP.NET Applications
We do not limit the amount of .NET Applications that you can create on your domain. Simple create a Virtual Directory and your .NET Application will start working. Note that all .NET websites require an application to be created on the folder in order to work properly.

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 64 Bit
SQL Server 2005 is a comprehensive database software platform providing enterprise-class data management and integrated business intelligence (BI) tools. The SQL Server 2005 database engine provides more secure, reliable storage for a relational database format or XML. By supporting both a relational database format and XML, the SQL Server 2005 database engine provides the flexibility necessary to support the way you work.
MySQL Server
MySQL is owned and sponsored by a single for-profit firm, the Swedish company MySQL AB, which holds the copyright to most of the codebase. MySQL Server is widely used for PHP websites that are supported by ServeULive.
Database Space
Each databases hosted with ServeULive can grow up to 2 GB in size. If your project requires bigger databases, please contact us.
Database Backup/Restore
For your convenience we provide a tool that lets you backup and restore your MSSQL database.
Microsoft SQL Fulltext Search
ServeULive Supports Microsoft SQL Fulltext Search on all MSSQL Servers and all hosting plans. The feature is available to all clients free of charge.
Microsoft SQL Reporting Service 2005 64 Bit
SQL Server Reporting Services is a server based report generation environment developed by Microsoft. It can be used to deliver variety of interactive and printed reports. It is administered via a web interface. Reporting services features a web services interface to support the development of custom reporting applications.
MyODBC 3.51 for MySQL
ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) provides a way for client programs to access a wide range of databases or data sources. ODBC is a standardized API that allows connections to SQL database servers. It was developed according to the specifications of the SQL Access Group and defines a set of function calls, error codes, and data types that can be used to develop database-independent applications. ODBC usually is used when database independence or simultaneous access to different data sources is required.
ODBC.Net for MySQL
ODBC provides a solution for having a complete interoperable application, as ODBC is the industry standard for accessing any database. Connector/ODBC, or MyODBC, is the MySQL ODBC Driver, and can be used in the .NET environment for accessing MySQL through ODBC.NET.
Nightly Database Backups
We do backups of all databases on all servers every night and they are available for clients to be restored on request at any time.
MSSQL Web Administrator
This is an online-based tool that allows you to manage your MSSQL databases remotely via a web browser. The tool can be accessed at http://mssql.ServeULive.com
MySQL Administrator (phpMyAdmin)
phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Internet. It can create and drop databases, create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields, execute any SQL statement, and manage keys on fields.
MySQL Administrator Access

MSSQL Server Management Studio Access

Microsoft Access Databases
Microsoft Office Access, previously known as Microsoft Access, is a relational database management system from Microsoft which combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface.
ODBC DSN
In a typical Client - Server environment it is often necessary to create ODBC DSN (Data Source Name) on many client machines or servers for front-end applications such as VB, or MS-Access, which uses ODBC DSN for linked tables. ServeULive provides an unlimited DSN Connections that can be created in Control panel.
